BTS Innovations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Lawn Guardian mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide our core AI functionalities, manage your account, and link your purchases. This includes:

• Account Details: Your name and email address if you choose to sign in via Email. We use anonymous ID tokens to protect your identity where possible.
• Lawn Profile Data: Location (city/state), grass type, and lawn size to customize our analysis and herbicide recommendations.
• Photographic Data: Images of your lawn you upload for AI-powered analysis and grass type identification.
• Grass Type Data: When the AI identifies your grass type from a scan, this information is stored locally on your device and used to personalize future diagnoses and care recommendations. It is not transmitted to our servers.
• Purchase Data: Anonymous purchase tokens, subscription identifiers, and status managed securely via Apple App Store's native StoreKit. We never collect or store raw credit card details.
• Device Data: App crashes, performance metrics, and iOS version for debugging and improvement purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is exclusively used to improve your experience within the Lawn Guardian app:

• To provide instant AI-powered lawn diagnosis — identifying diseases, weeds, and grass types from photos.
• To identify your grass type and deliver species-specific care guides covering mowing, watering, fertilization, establishment methods, and overseeding guidance.
• To generate safe treatment protocols customized to your grass type.
• To securely verify and manage your subscription status.
• To allow you to sync your saved treatment plans across multiple personal devices.
• To provide direct customer support regarding your account.

3. Third-Party Services and Sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We utilize authorized third-party platforms to provide critical infrastructure:

• AI Processing Services: Processes uploaded lawn images for diagnostic purposes, including disease identification, weed identification, and grass type identification. Images are transmitted securely via HTTPS. Images are not retained after processing.
• AI Consultation Services: Third-party AI services power consultation chat responses and voice synthesis. Data is processed in real-time and is not stored after the session ends.
• Weather Services: Receives location coordinates to provide weather and soil temperature data.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your profile data and scan history are stored using best-in-class secure cloud databases. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Images submitted for AI analysis are processed dynamically and are not stored in our public databases. We retain your account data only as long as your account remains active.

5. Children's Privacy

Lawn Guardian is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data. You may delete your account entirely from within the Lawn Guardian app by navigating to exactly: Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account. This permanently removes your email, profile data, and scan history from our systems. You can also request a copy of your data or manual deletion by emailing info.lawnguardian@yahoo.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal compliance. We will notify active users of significant material changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and through in-app notices.
