By downloading and using Lawn Guardian, you agree to these Terms of Use, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BTS Innovations LLC. Please read them carefully.

1. App Usage and Accuracy Disclaimer

Lawn Guardian identifies lawn weeds, diseases, and grass types using advanced Artificial Intelligence. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate lawn care diagnoses and recommendations, AI identifications can be incorrect and results may vary. This includes grass type identification — always confirm with a local lawn care professional if you are unsure of your grass species. BTS Innovations LLC is not liable for any lawn damage, financial loss, or property damage resulting from following app recommendations. Always verify chemical product safety with the physical product label before application.

Grass Type Identification

When you scan your lawn, Lawn Guardian automatically attempts to identify your grass type. This identification is stored locally on your device and used to personalize diagnoses and provide access to grass-specific premium care guides covering mowing height, watering schedules, fertilizer timing, establishment methods (seed/sod/plugs), and overseeding guidance. Grass type identification is an AI estimate and may not be 100% accurate.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

Lawn Guardian requires an active subscription to access AI-powered lawn scanning and treatment plans. All payments are processed securely through your Apple ID.

Payment Terms: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time via your iOS device settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

All charges made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. BTS Innovations LLC cannot process refunds directly. If you require a refund, you must request it directly from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Lawn Guardian app, including the AI models, software code, UI design, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of BTS Innovations LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems, or attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BTS INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $200 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
